Cooking Tip:
Heat oven to 450°F. Place canoes marrow-side up on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Roast 15–20 minutes until the marrow is bubbling and slightly browned at the edges. Scoop hot marrow onto crusty toast, top with parsley, lemon zest, and capers. Restaurant-grade in 20 minutes.
