Cooking Tip:
For maximum flavor: simmer the brats in beer & sliced onions for 15 minutes first, then transfer to a hot grill or cast iron to char the casings. Serve in toasted hoagie rolls with the cooked onions, brown mustard, and a cold pickle. Restaurant-grade backyard food.
