Cooking Tip:
Don’t overwork these. Wagyu has plenty of fat, so just season heavy with salt & pepper right before cooking. Hot griddle or cast iron, 2 minutes per side for medium. Don’t press them down with a spatula, that’s where the juicy magic escapes. Toast slider buns with butter. Top with sharp cheddar, caramelized onion, and a swipe of garlic aioli.
