Cooking Tip:
For the richest broth: roast the bones at 425°F for 30 minutes until deeply browned. Transfer to a stockpot, cover with cold water, add a splash of apple cider vinegar (helps pull minerals), and simmer LOW for 12–24 hours. Strain, season, and store. Liquid gold.
